4) 486 அரசு நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் ரூ 6.71 கோடி செலவில் கணினி வழிக் கற்றல் மையங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும்.
5) 5639 அரசு உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளுக்கு நாப்கின் வழங்கும் இயந்திரம் மற்றும் எரியூட்டி இயந்திரம்  ரூ. 22.56 கோடி செலவில் வழங்கப்படும்.

14) கலை, இலக்கியம் நுண்கலை உள்ளிட்ட 150 வகைப் பிரிவுகளில் பள்ளி, ஒன்றியம், மாவட்டம் மற்றும் மாநில அளவில் ஒரு மாபெரும் மாணவர் கலைத்திருவிழா ரூ. 4 கோடி செலவில் நடத்தப்படும்.
15) பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பு பயின்ற மாணவர்கள் அவர்களது மேற்படிப்பைத் தொடர்வதற்கு உதவிடும் வகையில்  கல்விக்கடன்  முகாம்கள் நடத்தப்படும்

36) உலக நாடுகளில் வாழும் தமிழ் மாணவர்களுக்கு தமிழ் கற்பித்தலுக்கு தேவையான தமிழ்ப் பாடநூல்கள் அனுப்புதல், சிறந்த தமிழாசிரியர்கள் மூலம் பயிற்சி மற்றும் இணைய வழியில் தமிழ் கற்பித்தல் ஆகியவை அறிமுகம்.
