முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் வரலாறு தேர்வு வழக்கு தீர்ப்பு விவரம் முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் வரலாறு தேர்வு விடைக்குறிப்பு தவறு என தொடுக்கப்பட்ட இரு வழக்குகளில் சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்ற மதுரை கிளை அளித்த தீர்ப்பு விவரம். இவ்வழக்குகளில் ஒரு வினாவுக்கு மட்டுமே விடையில் மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. The petitioner was supplied with "C" series question paper in Historysubject.He challenges the questionNos.7, 17, 53, 58, 82 and 90 in "C" series. Question No.90 which reads as follows; "90.By virtue of which Act dyarchy was introduced in India?(A)Government of India Act, 1909(B)Government of India Act, 1919(C)Government of India Act, 1935(D)Government of India Act, 1947". According to the TRB key answer, boththe options "B" & "C" are the correct Answers. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that option"B" alone is the correct answer. JUDGEMENT :  "B" alone is the correct answer FOR Q NO .7, 17, 53, 58, AND 82 IN "C" series TRB KEY ANSWER IS CORRECT Board to revalue the question No.90in"C" series (History subject) and the same question in other series also and award marks only for those candidates,who have optioned "B" as the correct answer. CASE 2 The challenge in this writ petition is to the key answers to certain questions in History subject. The petitioner has challenged the key answers of  question Nos.48 & 50 in "A" series. FOR Q NO ., 48, AND 50 in "A" series TRB KEY ANSWER IS CORRECT

முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு கணக்கு பாடத்தேர்வில் 9 கேள்விகளை நீக்கியது தவறு எனும் வழக்கு தள்ளுபடி முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு கணக்கு பாடத்தேர்வில் 9 கேள்விகளை நீக்கியது தவறு என சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்பட்டது.   கேள்விகள் விவரம் The petitioner has challenged the action of the Board deleting nine questions viz., Question Nos.23, 36, 49, 50, 64, 68, 88, 99 and 137, in "A"series question paper for mathematics subject, from evaluation. According to the petitioner, he had rightly answered the question Nos.23, 36, 49, 64, 88 and 99. It is further contended that the above six questions have been wrongly deleted by the Board on the ground that either the question itself is wrong or none of the answers is right. இதனை நிபுணர் குழுவைக்கொண்டு விரிவாக ஆரய்ந்த உயர்நீதி மன்றம் TRB மேற்கண்ட 9 கேள்விகளை நீக்கியது சரியானது என தீர்ப்பளித்து மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்தது.   JUDGEMENT  the writ petitioner is not entitled for any relief in this writ petition.  Therefore, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly the same is dismissed.

"நாடு முழுவதும் 6 லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் தேவை" 'நாடு முழுவதும், ஆறு லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றனர்" என மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டுத்துறை அமைச்சர் பல்லம் ராஜு தெரிவித்துள்ளார். ஜார்க்கண்ட் மாநிலத்தில் நடந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்ற, மத்திய அமைச்சர், பல்லம் ராஜு கூறியதாவது: நாடு முழுவதும், ஆறு லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றனர். ஆசிரியர்கள் பற்றாக்குறையை நிவர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக, புதிய ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்யும் பணி நடக்கிறது. தரமான கல்வியை அளிக்க, அரசு, பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது.  கல்வி உரிமை சட்டம் அமல்படுத்திய பின், மாணவர்களின் அடிப்படை தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வதில், அரசு முன்னேற்றம் கண்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு பல்லம் ராஜு கூறினார்.
